Group Yoga Classes

I provide Pilates classes in English for all abilities. Classes are fun, functional and leave you relaxed and happy. Attendees range from beginners to those with over 10 years experience.

I provide a positive environment, supportive of your abilities so you can improve at your own pace. Classes tends to be flowing, but also challenging so you can build up strength and flexibility. Classes are kept small to ensure attention is given to everyone.

All group classes are mat based exercises and held in a beautiful studio with lots of room, good air and some natural light. Mats and equipment are provided.

I do not accept drop ins but if there is space I do accept same day bookings.
