Workshops for healthy living
To help clients adjust their lifestyles to reduce stress and make sustainable changes to their lives we hold regular workshops that add to good movement and good nutrition.
Workshops are held in women's health, sustainability and to learn meditation. We also hold a regular workshop for those who are newly pregnant looking to understand more about the services available to them leading up to, during and after pregnancy.
Meditation for Beginners will start in September on Wednesday evenings.
As you are reading these lines, you may notice that your shoulders are tight or that you are holding your breath. Maybe your thoughts feel scattered.
We invite you to take a breath and exhale it completely, with your full awareness. Repeat a few times.
How are you feeling now?
During our mindfulness meditation classes for beginners, we will practice tools that help us be more present with ourselves, and contribute to relaxation and wellbeing.
Using a gradual approach, we will study breathing and meditation techniques to let the body and mind find more calm and ease.
