Workshops for healthy living
To help clients adjust their lifestyles to reduce stress and make sustainable changes to their lives we hold regular workshops that add to good movement and good nutrition.
Workshops are held in women's health, sustainability and to learn meditation. We also hold a regular workshop for those who are newly pregnant looking to understand more about the services available to them leading up to, during and after pregnancy.
When and where
Workshops are held at Margit Krt and any currently in planning are advertised on this page.
All must be booked and paid for in advance, numbers are limited. We do not accept drop ins.
