Welcome to mBody Pilates. We provide you a positive environment, supportive of your abilities to encourage you to move and improve at your own pace. Pilates teaches precise and flowing movements to improve technique, strength and endurance.
We teach using a client centred approach. Rather than a prescribed set of exercises, we look at your goals and adapt programs to what you want to achieve. All Pilates classes are taught in English. You have the option of group mat classes, individual mat classes or individual reformer. We are located at the spacious studio on Margit Krt.
Instructors are trained and certified and you can learn about them here. We hold qualifications recognised in the UK (REPS Level 3), Hungary (HUREPS) and Europe (EREPS EQF Level 4) as well as speciality certifications like pilates exercises for managing back pain and Pregnancy Pilates for expectant and new mothers.
Pilates classes in English
Currently group and mat classes each are accessed via pre-recorded sessions.
Private classes are available at the studio by arrangement.
One off classes are available with discounts offered for multiple classes booked in advance. Get in touch to book your space email@example.com.
Group Mat Pilates Classes. There is a maximum of 8 people in each class, which are 55 minutes in length. Classes start at Ft 2,500.
Individual Reformer Pilates Classes. All one to one sessions must be booked and paid in advance in order to secure the time and start from Ft 9,500.
