Through Pilates and Nutrition you can manage back pain, de-stress or tackle digestive issues. We offer regular classes in Pilates, both group and private, as well as packages focussing on women's health, stress and pregnancy. Whether you come to move, strengthen or stretch, meditate, recover or restore, we provide you a positive environment, supportive of your abilities so you can achieve your goals at your own pace.
Our client centred approach ensures we teach to your goals and adapt exercises to what you want to achieve. All classes and consultations are primarily in English with Hungarian available at request for private appointments. We are centrally located at the spacious studio on Margit Körút by the river next to several tram bus lines and the overground.
Instructors and consultants are trained and certified for their disciplines ensuring they hold relevant qualifications recognised by the independent, awarding professional authorities. Some hold specialist certifications for managing back pain, in pregnancy for expectant and new mothers and for older persons. You can learn about them here.
Pilates Class Schedules
Group mat classes can be reserved using the calendar link and must be paid 48 hours beforehand for confirmation of space

Group classes for Pilates
start at Ft 3,000 with mats and small equipment provided.
